The pool was warm and clean, a nice place to relax. the price was reasonable and the rooms were generally decent. We had a little scare with the elevator, but the staff were professional and handled it well, which gave us confidence.

Had some decent interaction with the staff one night they helped me when i got locked out and gave me a spare key quick no fuss and i appreciated that and the pool was actually nice but closed at 9 pm so that was a bummer

We had an amazing stay! Michael's attentive service during our reunion stood out, especially with how he handled the bar single-handedly. The extensive breakfast options were a delightful surprise and perfect for our family gatherings. I recommend trying the vegan dishes—they were delicious!

the holiday inn is in a fantastic spot, close to great america theme park, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. the large swimming pool was a hit with my kids! the front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay much more enjoyable.
