The pool was warm and clean, a nice place to relax. the price was reasonable and the rooms were generally decent. We had a little scare with the elevator, but the staff were professional and handled it well, which gave us confidence.

Not for the faint of wallet
Had some decent interaction with the staff one night they helped me when i got locked out and gave me a spare key quick no fuss and i appreciated that and the pool was actually nice but closed at 9 pm so that was a bummer
Not exactly inexpensive but it had its moments of alrightness

Great Family Getaway with Impressive Dining!
We had an amazing stay! Michael's attentive service during our reunion stood out, especially with how he handled the bar single-handedly. The extensive breakfast options were a delightful surprise and perfect for our family gatherings. I recommend trying the vegan dishes—they were delicious!

the holiday inn is in a fantastic spot, close to great america theme park, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. the large swimming pool was a hit with my kids! the front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay much more enjoyable.
The room could use a little updating. the decor felt outdated.

I really loved the breakfast setup! 🥙 Fresh made-to-order omelets were a highlight. The room was clean, but the pool could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a nice stay!

Good place with great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast! I’m definitely coming back for a city break.

The hotel had a great location and spacious rooms, but several issues impacted my experience, including a broken table and stained chairs. The service was inconsistent, and the noise from outside made it tough to sleep. Good food from the bar was a plus, though overall improvements are needed.

While the local grub at Little Tokyo had me diving into some tasty sushi rolls, the cold drinks at the bar were also on point! Plus, getting a solid selection at Charleys Philly Steaks right around the corner was a win for late-night cravings.
Just a heads up, the beds were shockingly small and felt cramped. Plus, finding enough outlets was like a scavenger hunt! It made all the tech we brought a bit of a hassle.

missingWrote a review on 25 Jannice pool areaconvenient locationoutdated facilities
The pool area offered a nice space to unwind, even with limited time to enjoy it. Proximity to major attractions makes travel convenient, especially for families looking to hit up nearby theme parks.
The shower had peeling paint and a broken handle, which really shouldn't be happening. The hallways smelled musty and had some wallpaper peeling off. We've stayed in Holiday Inns with better upkeep. it's clear this one needs work. The lack of food options was also a letdown—no breakfast or decent snacks available.

missingWrote a review on 18 Jansatisfactory breakfastgreat diningclosed poolpushy attitudelimited service
The pool was a major letdown since it was closed for the duration of my stay due to an unfortunate incident, but I appreciated the prompt refund for one night. The breakfast offered was satisfactory, though the staff's rush to close a little too early made the experience feel pushy. The location is a definite perk with nearby dining options, especially for pizza lovers seeking a great meal.
